Growing up in an environment brimming with artistic expression, Beatrice was destined to follow in the footsteps of her visionary parents. Her father, Nicole Franco “Nikulas” Lebajo, is a celebrated visual artist whose masterful strokes have left an indelible mark on the art scene. Her mother, Ruby Asoy-Lebajo, a media and PR practitioner and managing editor at Alike Media, Inc., instilled in Beatrice a deep appreciation for creativity and the power of storytelling. Surrounded by such formidable influences, Beatrice’s artistic journey began to take shape at a tender age.

Beatrice embarked on her academic pursuit of artistic excellence at the prestigious Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP), where she is currently pursuing her Bachelor of TraDigital Fine Art with a major in Visual Communication and Design. Under the tutelage of esteemed professors and mentors, she has honed her skills and expanded her artistic horizons, exploring the delicate interplay between the traditional and digital realms. Through her ongoing studies, Beatrice has discovered the importance of consistency and balance in her artistic practice.

In her reflections on traditional painting, Beatrice opens up about her personal journey and her approach to art. She candidly admits that she does not practice art every single day, a revelation that may surprise some.
