Salvacion V. Frilles
Salvacion V. Frilles is a creative soul with an unquenchable passion for art and design. Before diving into the world of visual storytelling, she embarked on a fascinating journey through the realms of fashion and advertising. Salvacion’s artistic journey began at Slim’s Fashion & Arts School, where she honed her skills in fashion design, and continued to flourish with a Fine Arts Degree, specializing in Advertising, at the Philippine Women’s University.
As a Freelance Production Designer, Salvacion immersed herself in feature films, music videos, and TV commercials. Her artistic prowess shone brightly during her college years, where her works were consistently recognized and celebrated. This recognition paved the way for her to ascend the ranks at RSVP Film Studios, where she eventually became the head of her department.
Beyond the world of film and advertising, Salvacion’s heart beats for painting, where she explores a myriad of subjects close to her heart. She visits themes portraying the profound bonds between mothers and children, the graceful dance of koi fish, the timeless beauty of still lifes, and the vibrant elegance of floras, all intricately interwoven with her unique abstract style.
To share her artistic vision with the world, Salvacion found herself drawn to various art groups and organizations. She is not only a proud officer of the United Women Artists Association of the Philippines (UWAAP) but also a key member of the Bikol Expression art group, representing the rich culture of her fellow Bicolanos in their stunning exhibitions.
Salvacion’s artistry, nurtured by her diverse experiences, shines through in every stroke of her brush and every frame she designs.
