Ninj Abay

Ninj Reyes Abay studied at the UP College of Fine Arts in Diliman. Aside form being a visual artist, she is also a writer who pens articles on parenthood, homeschooling and human interest subjects. She has been an educator for the past two decades. After her first solo exhibit a few years ago, she started devoting more time to her art.

Her art bursts with vivid colors and detailed lines and patterns. Although most of her works are done using colored pencils, markers and pens, she also likes to wield her paintbrush once in a while especially for her bigger works. Her favorite subject consists of brown-skinned and big-eyed women.
