Nikulas Lebajo, born in 1972, is a visual artist hailing from the Philippines. With a family background steeped in artistry, he found his calling in painting under the guidance of his father, the renowned surrealist Raul Lebajo. Drawn to the allure of glassware, Nikulas began his artistic journey, crafting captivating pieces that embrace trompe l’oeil techniques.

At just 17, he clinched the grand prize in the prestigious Shell National Students Art Competition with his masterpiece “Botelya,” marking the advent of his remarkable career. Since then, Nikulas has achieved recognition as a finalist in esteemed art competitions and has exhibited his works internationally, mesmerizing audiences at art fairs and exhibitions across Asia.

Nikulas’ minimalist-realist approach engenders a sense of calmness and beauty, with a focus on figures, portraits, and nature-inspired themes that emphasize environmental preservation. Evolving with the changing times, he embraces contemporary subject matters, captivating viewers with his artistic vision and harnessing the innate creativity of the younger generation.
