Jing Sinay-Ocampo is a development practitioner, currently connected to a nonprofit organization serving children in poverty. She discovered her love for quilting over a decade ago while searching for ways to upcycle her daughter’s dresses. She has pursued the craft since, always exploring the endless possibilities of using fabrics as a medium of artistic expression.
