Edmond Rivera

Edmond Rivera (b. 1994), also known as Monrivs, is a painter based in Bulacan. He works with acrylic on wood paintings, relief and in-the round sculptures. In 2019, the artist earned his Bachelor Degree in Fine arts Major Visual Communication at Bulacan State University. As a student, he became a finalist in the 52nd Shell National Students Art Competition (NSAC) in Sculpture and Painting Category. He also won the Chairman’s Choice Award in the First Premio Sanso. Most of Edmond’s works reminisce about his childhood experiences emphasizing the value of time, memory and importance of family.
