Debra Bernales began her professional career in the fashion industry, where she spent over a decade styling for prominent celebrities and working with leading media outlets such as ABS-CBN, Hinge Inquirer, and Summit Media. Her extensive experience in fashion provided her with a refined eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.

Inspired by a lifelong passion for design first nurtured by her mother and enriched through exposure to global design expos and the Design Center of the Philippines Bernales has recently transitioned into the contemporary art scene. Drawing upon her background in fashion and design, she channels her creativity into a new artistic practice, merging her understanding of style with expressive visual art.
