A trailblazer in his own right, Benild coined the term ‘codex imagism’ to christen his recent series, a collection inspired by the enigmatic symbols woven into sacred texts. Fearlessly, he confronted the challenge of translating the divine nature of ancient books into visual wonders.

Benild’s art is immediate and yet cloaked in enigma.
