Ovvian Castrillo-Hill is a true artist and master of her craft, honing her skills as a sculptor under the tutelage of her father, Eduardo Castrillo. Her unique style, shaped by her sensei’s influence, transforms metals and finishes into one-of-a-kind sculptures that weave together the personal tales of her life as a daughter, mother, wife, and woman.

After a brief hiatus to focus on her family, Ovvian Castrillo-Hill returned to the studio in 2016, reinvigorated and ready for a new series of shows and projects. Her captivating sculptures can now be found gracing galleries and private collections across the globe, from Manila, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, to Canada. Ovvian’s renowned artistry has also caught the attention of prestigious clients such as Ayala Land, Shangri-La Properties, and Philippine Airlines, among others, solidifying her place as a leading artist in the industry.

A true master of her craft, her expertise in physical sculpture, scale, and coordination, and her keen eye for space and shadows in large-scale artworks. Furthermore, her extensive studio time with her father, Eduardo Castrillo, has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to bring his designs to life with precision and authenticity, yet distinctly her own.

A graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in Interior Design, Ovvian currently resides in Fort St. John BC with her family.
